He is a visionary, an entrepreneur, an engineer and policy maker. He currently heads India’s National Knowledge Commission. Prior to this in the 1980’s, he was the person who started C- Dot.
born and raised in Orissa and then went to school in Gujarat mainly because his parents came from Gujarat to Orissa.
He worked for india for 11 years without salary during the late 1980's.
He revolutionised telecomunication in India and often refered as Father of Indian Telecom
