warren anderson who was the chairman and ceo of union carbide when bhopal gas tragedy took place in 1984. He was in news recently as the verdict for the bhopal gas tragedy was out and seven officials of Union Carbide India Limited were sentenced to two years in jail for the incident but he is still absconding.
